Banana Pancake Recipe

This is the simplest, fastest, and healthiest recipe there is for making banana pancakes.
gluten free, sugar free, paleo friendly

Makes 2-4 servings

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 ripe or frozen bananas
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • coconut oil (optional)
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Turn stove on medium heat and grease your non-stick frying pan with coconut oil.
  3. Pour pancake batter into pan and cook pancake for 60 seconds.  Watch until golden brown, flip and repeat. At this time you can quickly leave to put a record on.  Groove on down while you wait for your pancakes to cook one at a time.  Be sure to add some rhythm to your flipping technique, and feel free to be creative with your pancake shapes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
