Easy Cheesy Avocado Sandwich

 This sandwich is delicious, nutritious and decadent.  Make sure to treat yourself to cheese every once in a while and chomp down on this tasty vegetarian snack.  If you’re gluten intolerant or allergic to dairy there are many substitutes available so you can still enjoy meals like this!

Ingredients :

Two slices of bread (I love squirrelly bread!)
Goat’s Feta
Jarlsberg Cheese
Sundried tomato’s (optional)
