Smooth Sunday’s : Vegan Pumpkin Pie

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving everyone!  To celebrate I found a suitable smoothie to suit your festive desires.  Try making this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie from Vegan Yack Attack.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 C. Pumpkin Puree (unsweetened)
  • ½ C. Frozen Banana Chunks
  • ¼ C. Non-Dairy Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Water or Non-Dairy Milk for blending
  • Optional: Ice for colder, thicker smoothie
